Your responsibilities
During this V.I.E. you will be given the responsibility of own communication and marketing projects. Among others, you will be working on the following topics (non-exhaustive list):
- Active support of the Direct Marketing team with the preparation of events and workshops (Country Risk, brokers day, key client events)
- Responsibility for the image adjustment and presentation
- Regular update of our marketing literature (flyers, brochures)
- Research and procurement of adapted give-aways/goodies
- Support online marketing topics (newsletters, e-mail campaigns, etc.) for brokers and internal clients
Your profile
- Advanced studies in economics or communication science with a focus on marketing
- First hands-on experience in marketing within a business and/or agency is beneficial
- Good command of Adobe (PDF), HTML and content management systems (EZ-publish) as well as an understanding of technical processes
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Adaptability and strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- High degree of initiative, dedication, flexibility and organizational skills
- Very good level of German and English in spoken and written forms
