This restaurant started in 1994 and is located in a landmark building. It offers 2 different dining experiences. The first one, the Tavern, offers an à la carte menu in a casual situation. The second one, the Dining Room, provides tasting menus with an à la carte possibility at lunch. The chef’s seasonal menu consists of chic dishes with a rural influence that shows the restaurant's connections with local farms and purveyors.
• Position Available: 3 Line Cook
• Location: Training in New York City
• Duration: 12 months
• Start Date: September
• Stipend: $13 / hour pre-tax – (paid overtime). Starting conditions.
• Hours: 40 hours / week
• Requirements: English speaking candidate requested.
• Benefits: Uniforms provide + 1 meal a day.
