Job description
Job Mission:
The People Experience team drives people-centricity and is the key to enhance employee experience, engagement and well-being in Chanel, championing best workplace practices and delivering quality HR service to the workforce. He/She is a key influencer and advocate to perpetuate Chanel’s culture and values.
As the primary contact point to employees on employee matters, People Experience proactively curates a meaningful journey throughout the employee lifecycle, identifying and improving critical touchpoints to attract, engage and retain people / talents.
This position is a senior human resources generalist responsible for supporting an organization within every area of a company’s human resources and administration operations. Involved in a range of activities required cover areas such as HRIS, employee records, employee engagement activities, internal communication and people development.
He/She should be detail oriented, accurate, resilient enthusiastic, service-oriented and an excellent communicator and collaborator, adaptable and thriving in a people-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Employee Communications/ Engagement / Experience
· Manage internal communication as assigned
· Responsible of Thai-English/English-Thai translations in all employee communication, and materials.
· Responsible for maintaining internal employee portal(s), i.e. Connecting-with-you.
· Co - responsible to deliver to employee experience and engagement. Understand, pinpoint critical value and deliver overall action plan in the EX journey relevant for market and designated employee segments.
· Support the design and deployment of action plan including ensuring stakeholders’ buy in.
HR Team Support/Employee Activities (e.g. Events)
· Own end to end employee-centric activities and events. Responsible for Project plan, management and deployment of resources as assigned.
· Leverage on employee insights to design and deploy employee activities and introduce tools and methodologies to effectively boost engagement and employee morale.
· Gather employee feedback and provide analytics to GM for tracking and improvement plan.
Onboarding Experience
· Facilitate onboarding of new hires for all except ELC
· Responsible for Day 1- 3 new hire process. Plan 100-day onboarding program, curate relevant content and deliver onboarding briefing and programs for designated employee segment
· Responsible for completing checklist of access set-ups for new hires
· Responsible for maintaining targets of satisfaction / quality scores on onboarding experience. Evaluate satisfaction results and propose improvements.
People Development
· Organize learning and development - corporate programs including collect nomination lists from managers, manage attendance and collate evaluation feedback, partnering Business Partners.
· Provide recommendations for learning courses / mentoring, etc in accordance to company policies. Provide recommendations, coach, be a sounding board to employees to refer to career development policy, frameworks and programmes for career development in the
organization.
· Conduct local market training programs as assigned
· Provide administrative and coordination support to HR team for internal and external corporate trainings
· Maintain the training records conducted as well as training evaluations and attendance listing
· Responsible for training submission to the Local Development Authorities. Ensure timely submission
Benefits and System Administration
· Drive benefits administration process, partnering Business Services for effective management of the rewards and benefits process
· Provides inputs and recommendations to enhance EVP, experience (‘recognise and rewards me’) and wellness of employees
· Manage administration process of annual physical checkup, health insurance, provident fund, physical wellness program, token of congrats and condolences, service award, etc.
People Systems and Data Management
· Manage employee data management for all movements i.e. hire, resign, promote, transfer, etc.
· Manage and act as system admin for all employee related systems such as E-Leave system, access system, HRIS – Workday, SMS emergency notification, workforce management system, etc.
Talent Acquisition & Expat Mobility
· Support deployment of offline talent acquisition activities to maintain EVP e.g. Campus recruitment.
· Pre-boarding management of new hires.
· Contact new hire on preparations for on-board.
· Prepare and ensure checklist of items for new hire’s day 1.
· Manage expatriate on-boarding process – includes relocation processes, logistics, work permits, visa and documentations
· Support Managers in their use of TA workday module
Employee Support and Relations
· Key contact points for employees and act as bridge between managers and employees.
· Employee touchpoint for critical and personnel issues: Grievances, performance, mobility, bonus, benefits
· Ensure employee working conditions according to health and occupational safety standard and law

Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in related field with good understanding of local labour laws
· Fluent in English language in both writing, speaking and reading
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, (must do Advanced Excel i.e. Pivot,vLookup, etc) with HR related information system preferred. Ability to produce video/creative content is a plus.
Work Experience
· At least 2 - 3 years of experience in an international working environment is preferred.
· Working experiences in HR function
· Good knowledge of Thai labour laws and related oHR admin and perations
· Hands on experience on HR system management and L&D is a plus
