Job description



Brand Management

·  Support the Marketing Manager on management and implementation of the local Marketing Strategy
·  Ensure all marketing activities are in line with brand image, vision & mission across all touch points
·  Foster regular communication of marketing related topics with relevant cross functional teams and other divisions to ensure clear understanding and alignment of marketing objectives
·  Identify opportunities and translate to concrete actions to elevate brand’s visibility and equity
·  Proactively search for new opportunities to develop brand awareness and outreaches that enable new clients requisition

Event Management

·  Ensure all events’ objectives are clearly met, strong meticulous planning and eye for details in each event. Work closely with all relevant parties to ensure strong and well delivered execution of the event
·  Ensure strong communication with retail team for all event preparation and execution at each stage
·  Manage all events related operations, e.g. agency management, catering, invitations and rsvp, etc.
·  Monitor whether event objectives are met for each event and generate post-event results for analysis and conduct post-mortem for future improvements

Client Engagement and Analysis

·  Ensure all communication tools are ordered, communicated and managed in timely manner, e.g. brochures, EDMs, card, gifts, etc.
·  Work closely with retail team to ensure timely management of gifting for clients, e.g. birthdays, special occasions, etc.
·  Responsible for generating all client-related reports and analysis
·  Support in data analysis as requested by retail or merchandise to drive in-depth and meaningful insights and build relevant action plans where necessary
·  Provide retail support, updates and training for tools related to client management and ensure client database is well managed and maintained
·  Work closely with Client Engagement team to drive and deliver all marketing and client-related activities, initiatives, tools and reports
·  Work closely with WFJ and FBP division for cross divisional collaborations and develop action plans and synergies to leverage whenever possible

Financial and Operations Management

·  Support the Marketing Manager in managing A&P budget and ensure clear synchronization of budget vs. expenses
·  Ensure all purchase requisitions are managed on a timely manner and monitor the budget on a monthly basis. Work closely to with finance to ensure all financial cycles are managed and accounted for
·  Ensure all financial operations are managed accordingly, e.g. new vendor’s creation
