Test Automation Architect

Position Description
Experienced professional with well developed, proficient knowledge and skills in Applications Development. Operational in focus, may instruct or coach other professionals. Develops applications solutions from established programming languages and source code. Recommends improvement to existing applications using engineering releases and utilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Over all 12 to 14 years of experience

• Extensive experience in architecting, designing and implementing test automation initiatives

• Expertise in various test automation tools such as UFT, ReadyAPI, TestComplete, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber etc

• Experience in groovy, Java

• Experience in implementing test automation along with CI-CD

• Should have worked as test automation architect for at least 2 years

• Should have experience in implementing TDD, BDD

• AI/ML driven test automation would be desirable

• Ability to scale test automation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

• Mentor test automation engineers to implement and scale automation

• Self driven and must have good communication skills

• Experience in working in Agile teams (preferably scaled agile)
