Sr. Technical Analyst

Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
Performs and delivers the IT service with which she or he is associated.
• Formulates and defines scope and objectives pertaining to the IT service.
• Prepares technical deliverables and/or provides input to other deliverables related to the IT service including Architecture Diagrams, Requirements Specifications and Detailed Designs.
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
• Devises or modifies procedures to resolve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Supports Data Analytics / Metrics as assigned. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
