Seasoned data professional with experience in Big Data with Machine learning / Artificial Intelligence implementations as a plus. Will lead data strategies and implementations within Emerging Technology to grow current and future staff members and create BU capabilities within Big Data and Advanced Analytics. Member will work with ETP sector lead to create and execute business plan. Member will help to hire and develop staff. This position will work with sector vice presidents to integrate data capabilities within their teams and clients. This resource must be able to create sales material, proposals and present them to clients, including executive level clients. This resource will help present at most VIP meetings with clients.

This role is hands on with Big Data solutions such as Hadoop, AWS RedShift and S3 data lakes, Amazon Glue and/or eMR and Azure Microsoft stack.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Create training programs for onshore centers to help meet future data needs for New England. Hire and develop data architects. Provide career development planning for all data staff in New England. Must have experience running enterprise data strategies. Must be experienced in traditional and full life cycle data warehousing techniques.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Implementation experience in Big Data implementations on Hadoop and/or Amazon, Azure stacks. Must be able to manage and grow staff. Must be able to create and present proposals and capabilities to clients, including executive level clients.

Specific Industry knowledge in Life Sciences, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Systems or Public Sector

AWS Big Data Stack 5+ Expert

Microsoft and Oracle Databases,

SQL and stored procedures 5+ Expert

Informatica or similar

enterprise ETL tools 5+ Expert

Minimum Education Requirements- Masters Degree
