Secretary II (SEPS) (Secret Required)

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Secretary II to provide principal secretarial support and maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Familiarity personnel security related correspondence and forms
• Familiarity with the OPM/eQIP system and JPAS
• Familiarity with the moderate risk public trust process and reciprocity rules
• Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, stay alert and focused, and coordinate and manage electronic security equipment.
• Ability to use computer software applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases and email.
• Possess excellent organizational and file management skills and the ability to plan and execute administrative work with little supervision
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Possess excellent typing abilities and the skill to prepare documents accurately with minimal errors.
• Ability to professionally interact with customers, colleagues and command members at all levels; and to foster positive business relationships.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must have an active Secret clearance
Must be able to also successfully obtain a DOJ Public Trust
Must be able to pass the CGI Federal background investigation
Experience with JPAS preferred
