Reporting Analytics Analyst
Position Description
CGI is looking for a Reporting and Analytics Consultant who is experienced working with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) suite of tools, specifically with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target in support of native mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for supporting innovative and strategic initiatives in digital CRM, customer retention and acquisition marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Analyze/interpret data requirements and perform current/target/gap/impact analyses.
Collecting, querying and interpreting data to find patterns and trends and communicate data anomalies to data stewards.
Create/develop reports, dashboards in support of historical, operational, and executive reporting across various reporting and analytics platforms
Support Ad-Hoc reporting in support of product and operations teams needs
Support KPI Analysis and Development
Perform data science activities such as basic model development, Model Maturity and Data Exploration.
Support the creation and execution of the implementation plan for technical deliverables as well as provide production support.
Create release notes and appropriate communications around implementation.
Identify dependencies, milestones and support the Project/Program Manager in prioritizing tasks.
Provide consultation, recommendations and assistance to stakeholder on data matters.
Participate in all testing related activities.
Required Skills:
Experience with digital marketing metrics and web analytics is a must, telco preferred.
3-5 years of systems & data analysis, reporting, data modeling & data visualization experience.
Extensive experience proficiency in reporting and querying tools including self service tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.
Understanding of various data schemas including structured and unstructured data.
Experience working in cloud based data tools and services such as MS Azure preferred.
Knowledge of various software development methodologies and the corresponding processes, activities, decisions and deliverables.
Experience with data aggregation, data visualization, business intelligence and data analytics required. SQL skills are required.
Understanding of data science and machine learning concepts including data preparation, basic model development and training.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
