The role will be based in Corsham for a minimum of 4 days a week and candidates must be committed to this. improving people’s lives, you can be sure we’ll do the same for you.

Alongside a competitive salary, we offer you access to our share scheme (3% + 3% matching) making you a member not just an employee. You also have the option to benefit from
private medical and dental insurance, flexible retirement options, childcare vouchers and a cycle to work scheme.

As for the future? We work as one team, and are a Top 100 employer. Be a successful part of our story and we’ll support you in taking your career anywhere you want it to go.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Your role will include;
• Leading the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions either for a standalone engagement or as part of a wider programme

• Integrating other systems with BMC Remedy
• Maintaining the integrity and security of the system
• Troubleshooting Remedy issues
• Working in collaboration with other support teams to resolve escalated issues
• Supporting the wider project team, our client and partners as appropriate

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You’ll need to have extensive experience with BMC Remedy configuration and development, and be able to demonstrate deep subject matter knowledge and be able to use this for the benefit of our client and CGI. It’s essential that you are up to speed with the latest version (19.08) as this is the basis of the solution build.
You’ll also ideally bring experience of;
• Remedy Troubleshooting
• Migration of code and data into Remedy environments
• Integrating other systems with BMC Remedy
• SQL skills
You’ll need proven ability to successfully work in a matrix team environment, comfortable facing off to multiple stakeholders both internally and with our Client and partners, in an environment that presents significant change and tight timeframes. Due to the nature of this work and environment you must already hold, or be willing and eligible to hold, UK Security Clearance to SC level.
