private medical and dental insurance, flexible retirement options, childcare vouchers and a cycle to work scheme.

As for the future? We work as one team, and are a Top 100 employer. Be a successful part of our story and we’ll support you in taking your career anywhere you want it to go.

Your role will include;

• Troubleshooting Remedy issues
• Working in collaboration with other support teams to resolve escalated issues
• Supporting the wider project team, our client and partners as appropriate

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You’ll need to have extensive experience with BMC Remedy configuration and development, and be able to demonstrate deep subject matter knowledge and be able to use this for the benefit of our client and CGI. It’s essential that you are up to speed with the latest version (19.08) as this is the basis of the solution build.

You’ll need proven ability to successfully work in a matrix team environment, comfortable facing off to multiple stakeholders both internally and with our Client and partners, in an environment that presents significant change and tight timeframes.
