Recruitment Coordinator

Position Description
CGI is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to help our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart and Brisbane, hire Australia’s top talent! The role would suit somebody with 6 months + recruitment experience looking to take the next step in their career and gain valuable experience working in a fast paced professional services organisation.

You will be a valued member of the HR team and gain exposure to other areas of Human Resources outside of recruitment and talent acquisition.
This is a part-time role (4 days per week) and is offered as an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The work will be varied and fast paced. Expected duties will include:
• Supporting the end to end recruitment process from advertising, screening, booking interviews and background checks
• Managing all administration related to recruitment, selection and on-boarding process
• Assisting with the management of the recruitment systems and reporting
• Any other HR administrative duties as required
• Partake and contribute in our team HR meetings to help develop solutions and improve our employee experience.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 6 months + experience in a resourcer or recruitment role - IT recruitment experience preferred
• Experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment, with the proven ability to manage a workload with competing priorities
• Tech savvy with good IT skills
• The desire to provide the best candidate experience possible to all of our applicants.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Great attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
