We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Powershell Developer to join one of our key project teams based in Leatherhead.

This role is to support and maintain the Development/Integration environments and the delivery of infrastructure changes to the LIVE environments. The core of this application is a COTS product which has been customised with bespoke code and database schemas to provide the required functionality for deployed (non-fixed) instances.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Building and configuring Windows servers and Virtual Machines (scripted solutions), installing and configuring project applications (scripted installs), maintaining environments and supporting changes to the LIVE system, diagnosing and fixing issues with internal and LIVE environments, providing support and assistance to the Live Training systems and assisting with the development of automation scripts and process improvements will form the core of your responsibilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience of Powershell Scripting is essential along with knowledge of Server build and maintenance (Windows) and Virtualisation (Preferably Hyper-V).
Additional knowledge around SQL (Preferably SQL Server) and general platform knowledge (SAN's, McAfee, Netbackup, WSUS, etc) would be highly desirable

The project operates regular 'rota based' outages, which a candidate would be part of for the role. The outages take place outside normal working hours with overtime payable.
