Position Description
CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst. You will enhance the cyber security posture of 26 civilian government agencies through improved visibility into user credential management. You will actively identify and mitigate a wide range of cyber risks and will also work closely with a wide variety of agencies, learning their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic project running 20+ concurrent implementations.

- Serve as the CGI PMO Analyst assisting in the delivery of capabilities and services for a major cyber security program supplying leadership and guidance to all contract personnel for DHS and other targeted agencies and organizations participating in the CDM program.
- Initially, you will join this this fast-paced and client facing delivery program that provides direct solutions and integration of solutions by leading and assisting in the delivery of cyber security projects for designated agencies.

- Assists in the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives based on agency needs and a thorough understanding of CDM solution systems requirements.
- Assists in devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems to CDM solutions. Includes supporting the analysis of agency needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications.
- As a PMO Analyst, you will join our busy PMO supporting project resourcing, finance, risk and governance within the PMO.
- Within the resourcing team, you’ll work closely with recruiting from CGI and all our partners on all aspects of resourcing and recruitment of members onto the project.
- Process project client and partner feedback and interviews arranging and on boarding suitable CGI members and partners onto the project.
- Maintain a high level of interaction with our internal resourcing and recruitment teams.
- Excellent organization skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders as well as key client contacts.
- Ability to prioritize workload to facilitate an efficient PMO service.
- Within the finance and/or risk and governance PMO team you’ll be involved in weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ability to provide support to the entire project team at meetings which could include minute taking and recording actions etc.
- For all the PMO roles you may be required to be flexible between PMO areas in order to support workload spikes in workload Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of related experience OR in lieu of degree, must have at least 6 years experience and a high school diploma.
- This is a highly interactive role and as such, you will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent prioritization and coordination skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Working knowledge and experience of using Excel as well as other MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance/investigation to start employment.
- Must be able to pass a CGI background check to start employment.
