We need a PMO Analyst to work with high profile public and commercial clients, delivering improvements to complex systems that make the everyday simpler.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Contribute to the design and delivery of the PMO service and identify improvements, efficiencies and cost-savings.
• Complete reporting, tracking, billing activities accurately and in-line with relevant deadlines.
• Ensure CGI processes and tools (and those of the client as applicable) are applied and used consistently in accordance with CGI and project/service quality standards.
• Resolve complex issues and questions, and propose solutions to address systemic problems.
• Delivers effective project support identifying potential issues and remedial actions.
• Assist in monthly reporting, billing and procurement.
• Proactively raises risks and threats to delivery and deadlines, and proposes and implements remedial action.
• Identifies alternative approaches and solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness and deliver quantifiable business benefits.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience in a similar role is vital and you will be highly proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). An Academic & Professional Qualifications is highly desirable also. You will possess first class communication skills at all levels and have the ability to work in an ever changing and dynamic working environment. You will thrive in this role if you are highly diligent, process driven and have excellent attention to detail.
