Payments Solutions Program Lead

Position Description
The Payments program is a global $40+M USD a year program comprised of the following CGI IP-based solutions: All Payments, BESS, CLS Manager, and CAS. This program reports into the Finance and Insurance Solutions Group (FISG), which is part of the Industry Solutions BU in US CSG. Other FISG programs include Trade, Credit and Insurance Programs. The Payments Program Lead will run all aspects of the program: overseeing the P&L, working with the offering reps to set the strategy, overseeing sales, development, delivery and maintenance. Your future duties and responsibilities
The Program Lead responsibilities include the following (some items will require more day to day involvement than others):
• Run P&L for the Payments solutions program
• Guide offering managers on product direction, ensuring the program has the necessary tools and resources for go to market, sales, etc.
• Manage investment process and governance for payments solutions
• Oversee sales – providing approvals and guidance as necessary on sales activities that are driven by the geographic business units along with those that are owned/driven by the Payments program
• Manage and oversee approximately 75 FISG members throughout North America, Czech, and the UK, as well as over 125 members in India. Tasks would include oversight of hiring, performance/salary reviews, promotions, and all hands meetings.
• Work with Finance and the FISG program lead on managing and providing accurate forecasts for revenue and costs Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

• Corporate Banking Payment Processing
• P&L Management (2+ years)
• Sales process
• Management of 50+ member groups
• Experience working across multiple geographies and business units – both in the US and globally.
• Working with clients and senior leaders – both internal and external to CGI

Experience in the payments space is desirable but not required for this role.
