Position Description
Be part of a growing team implementing mission-critical solutions for Government customers! If you are ambitious, dedicated and motivated by the chance to implement a GOTS/COTS software solution that will positively impact the United States Army of the 21st century for the foreseeable future; this project promises to deliver and needs your expertise for the near and long-term future.

Team CGI is looking to build a diverse team of functional, technical, and development experts that can work in an AGILE environment to create a unified system that supports the United States Army across the Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development training arenas to maximize soldier readiness.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Serve to assist Product Manager/Owner in support of ATIS Phase II Build
• Knowledge/Expertise with Army Training Management Capability/Training Resource Management Capability/Training Enterprise Scheduling Capability/Army Training Development Capability/Army Learning Content Management Capability (ATMC/TRMC/TESC/ATDC/ALCMC); working with Technical and Developer SMEs to design, build, develop, and test working system in accordance with customer business use case, Measures of Performance/Evaluation, and Lists of Tasks to support a functional system that spans the Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development domains of the U.S. Army with (1) system; thus replacing over (30) plus systems. Ability to work in complex/collaborative environment
• Ability to understand Customer Business Use Case, forecast, and implement changes that support creation of ATIS Phase II

Additional Duties:
• Participate in daily stand-ups and understand the tasking’s to support the iterative approach and deliveries
• Participate in working groups in the development of the product in a collaborative environment with functional, technical, and development experts in order to support creation of the product for the customer
• Conduct independent research in order to completely understand the Customer’s Business Use Case, Measure of Effectiveness, Measure of Performance, and Activity Lists and apply these outlines/guidance to the creation of the ATIS system
• Work closely with development experts to provide the intuitive, innovative, and operational relevant requirements to support the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX)
• Provide conduit and coordination to incorporate best 21st technologies to support the UI/UX and ensure accuracy of United States Army systems and culture preferences.
• Work in compressed time-lines to support the Project Management Scope, Schedule, and Budget to meet the customer’s requirements.
• Provide solutions that serve for the next generation of use and capability; thus understanding the Architecture Runway and its ability to service the product developed.
• Be prepared to serve as the Functional lead as the Army Training Management Capability, Army Training Development Capability, or Army Learning Content Management Capability providing expertise that spans the Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development
• Be prepared to work with Technical and Development experts in the creation of story-boards to support the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) for the creation of the ATIS system
• Be prepared to support Training and Help Desk sections with understanding of the ATIS system and provide source documentation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in the subject matter they are providing expertise in.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience as a Brigade S3 or battalion S3 NCO, company command or brigade S3 NCO experience preferred.
• Brigade/Battalion/Company Command-S1-S2-S3-S4-S6 related expertise applicable
