Your future duties and responsibilities

• Delivery to one of major logistics clients worldwide
• L2 support team
• Service Desk
• Service Coordination
• Defect analysis
• Defect resolution process
• Communication with Customers
• Shift environment
• Holistic responsibility for Service
• Multicultural and multinational distributed environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
What we need from you
• Good Communication skills
• Recognize and understand complex topics and ability to provide solutions to meet the customers’ expectations
• Positive “can do”, “will do” attitude
• Good professional communication skills in English
• Team player
• Result and solution-oriented
• Customer focus
• Experience with Ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) and support process workflows
• Continuous will to learn and develop yourself
Nice to have / Advantage:
• Experience with Monitoring systems (e.g. Instana)
• German language knowledge
• Basic experience with Java, Oracle, Docker container
• TIBCO services
