What we are building? We are building a next-generation module for anti-financial crime solution based on math, machine learning and AI, based on the data and our business knowledge.
With whom will you work? Currently, we are building a team around Jiří Palek. Jirka studied math, statistics, and machine learning at FNSPE, ČVUT. He loves solving real-based problems using math, he never stops in self-education and likes to share his knowledge. It is quite fun with him.
Who are you? It does not matter if you are a student, graduate, junior or senior. If you are Czech or not – foreigners are really welcome here! We need to cover the whole skillset for product development. We need you to be enthusiastic and motivated into this field, be opened and willing to learn new things, to share your part of knowledge and responsibility, to work for the team, to help to create a nice environment, to enjoy and create a funny and pleasant atmosphere within the team.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• We need your help to cover technologies and set up for productization of the solution, integration into the product, deployment, calculations.
• SW development of the ML and AI solution.
• Working with databases, data sources, data.

Technologies and tools will use
• You can meet a big zoo of different tools here. From classical relational databases to big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, ...), from local computations to cloud or server ones, GPUs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Our main tool is , we are using jupyter notebook, jupyter lab, pycharm for our work.
• If you know something about big data storages, you can meet them here as well.
• SW development skills – git, coding within a team, docker, cloud platform and computing.
• Something about DevOps to put everything together as smoothly as possible.
• You will need to put the data into the right shape – feature engineering, data transformation.
• Of course, machine learning is used here. Both supervised and unsupervised techniques we use here. You can meet deep learning here as well.
• Machine learning pipeline validation and interpretation, quality metrics.

Nice to have
• Some knowledge of , because the solution itself is written in it.
