Lead Administrative Assistant (Management Analyst IV) CRS

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV, Lead Admin, to support the Director of Community Relation Services division of DOJ in Washington DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The Lead Admin (Management Analyst IV) will serve as the primary operations reporting analyst, reporting to the Director. Selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts that ensure component practices align to all governing policies, procedures, rules and laws. Manage accounts and budgets, track, review, and process payments and invoices. Administrative duties include; manage the Director's calendar, schedule/coordinate meetings, and set up conference calls.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with all internal/external customers.
Must be able to obtain a DOJ waiver
Must have a HS diploma
Must be able to pass the CGI Federal background investigation
7+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience with VTC equipment preferred
