Junior Finance Analyst

Position Description
• Manage the Project Finances by preparing Financial Reports for submission to Project Managers within SLA.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Perform Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Invoicing, Procurement and Health Check activities.
• Prepare other administrative reports as may be required by the Project Managers.
• Prepare and participate in the project review meeting as necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests and ad hoc projects.
• Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Graduate of any business related course.
• Preferably fresh graduate or with less than 1 year work experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be open for a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM-10:00 PM).
