Your future duties and responsibilities
- As a Security Architect with us you will consult on and contribute to the design of innovative solutions addressing the needs of our client.
- You will advise our clients on the architecture of their secure business systems.
- You'll work with the design authority on programmes collaborating across enterprise architectures to produce end-to-end security designs.
- Your knowledge and skills will be used to assist on bids, proposal for works, as well as on implementations and integrations. You will guide and influence our clients through their security issues to practical solutions. Your work will enable you to broaden and deepen your security experience to progress your career towards Lead Security Architect.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- You will be able to demonstrate experience of design and implementation of components of secure systems or services.
- Your technical security knowledge should either be as an SME in an aspect of security or have an understanding of a range of aspects at a less detailed level.
- You should be able to demonstrate that you understand why security must be part of everything our clients do and the need for an appropriate balance between business purpose, risk and security in the design of security solutions.
- You will be used to dealing with non-security stakeholders both technical and non-technical and able to respond to the specific concerns of your audience. You should be confident in your technical knowledge and understanding, and may have appropriate professional qualifications. - Knowledge of GDPR is beneficial, but is not essential.

Our projects are based in a CGI office or client site but may require travel to other locations.

The successful candidate must be able to spend time working away from home, if required.
