We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult situations, in a multitasking fashion.

The goal is to maintain a healthy, functional operational environment, while preserving a professional, success-inclined conduct.

Fonctions et responsabilités
Monitoring and managing the optimum functioning of software processes, thus helping clients to successfully perform their activities
Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Writing reports regarding the conducted operations
Surveiling the functioning of IT equipment through a dedicated platform
Respecting the incident management procedures according to operating rules

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle
Student or university graduate, preferably from: mathematics, informatics, automatics, IT, electrical engineering and computers, electronics and telecommunications
Passioned about the IT field and good computer working abilities
Rigurous, methodic, autonomous person
Capable of managing priorities and taking decisions
SQL knowledge
English proficiency
Availability to work night shifts
Considered a plus: previous experience in a similar domain, technical knowledge on Windows, Unix, Internet, server networks, printers, connectivity, application monitoring, databases and French Language.
