Job Description
CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Warsaw office to work on a business transformation programs in the Financial Services Sector.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the CGI team and contributing individually in this hands-on role. They will liaise with the program stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to gather and analyse business requirements, facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews and create functional specifications and process flow diagrams to support the project/program objectives.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst who is looking to step into a pivotal role on an exciting business transformation projects.

Your future responsibilities:
• Lead and define business requirement, including discovery, analysis, documentation, process flows, use cases, test and training plans
• Evaluate existing business processes and determine opportunities to re-engineer and automate
• Produce specifications to guide application development activities and the selection of tools
• Develop business strategies for the application of new technologies
• Lead and/or participate in business process re-engineering and help develop business cases
• Assess project risk and maintain risk assessment matrices
• Establish the acceptance criteria in collaboration with the client and develop test scenarios and test scripts
• Participate in the development of implementation strategies and partake in implementation phase
• Monitor the status of business requirements using techniques such as traceability matrices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Exceptional business consulting skills, comfortable with high level stakeholder management
• 5 + years’ experience as a Business Analyst/ Business Consultant in the Financial Services
• Knowledge of human centric design and business transformation projects would be highly beneficial
• Experience in Technical Writing/ Documentation, Business Case Definition and Analysis, UML Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams
• Superior analytical, investigative and critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel to travel interstate
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
