Intelligence Analyst Instructor

Position Description
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at CGI. CGI is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst Instructor to support operations at our Ft. Huachuca, AZ location.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Serve as an instructor and training developer at JHATC. Instruction tasks include conducting platform instruction, small group instruction, test/evaluation administration, and counseling and assisting students. Training development tasks include developing and maintaining programs of instruction, critical task lists, lesson plans, training material, test material, administrative material, and standard operating procedure. Perform instruction-related administrative tasks including schedule development and preparing training venues. Maintain understanding of changes in the operational environment, doctrine, policy, and methodologies relative to JHATC operations. Apply advanced instructional techniques when providing instruction and developing training. These techniques include but are not limited to adult learning model, experiential learning, role playing, technology integration, Socratic questioning, and small group instruction.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
A Bachelor's Degree AND at least 6 years of directly related experience is required for this position. Additional experience may substitute in lieu of degree requirement.

Must be certified in attending an approved DoD Instructor Training Course other equivalent course as approved by the Government.
Must be a graduate of a certifying analyst course within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
Must have at least six years of experience as an analyst within the Intelligence Community, conducting intelligence research at all classification levels.
Must have at least 2 years of focused experience as a HUMINT Analyst or HUMINT Targeting Officer in support of CI and HUMINT operations such as Military Source Operations (MSO), CI and HUMINT targeting, or detainee exploitation.
Must have operational experience conducting Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) analysis, Lead Development analysis and Source Validation through the use of All-Source Intelligence, with the knowledge and ability to leverage SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT in the application of CI/HUMINT Operations.
Must have used a wide range of Intelligence Community automated information systems and databases such as Proton, IC Reach, Cultweave, Voltron, Open Source Center, BI2R, M3, Harmony, HOT-R, Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), Palantir, Analyst Notebook and ArcGIS.
Must have at least 12 months experience during overseas contingency operations or other relevant operational experience.
Must have training or experience in 2X operations, Defense HUMINT, CI and HUMINT Analysis & Requirements Cells, HUMINT Analysis Cells, HUMINT Targeting Cells, embedded analyst within HUMINT operations, or analysis closely associated with HUMINT operations or reporting.
Must have training or experience in DoD and Intelligence Community organization, structure, missions, and functions.

Possession of an ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance is required to begin employment.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
