Dispute Process Expert

Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for a Dispute Process Expert to support some exciting upcoming work within our Health and Compliance Program.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for processing and documenting elevated disputes cases, drafting responses, and tracking cases using the Disputes Tracker
- Collect information concerning the dispute and track, document data entry, and process information for each stage of the Dispute Processing
- Track corrections and revisions to any dispute
- Establish or remove a dispute status
- Participate in the Dispute Resolution process and support the government official designee
- Track and maintain information used for Dispute Resolution determination using trackers
- Record the status of a report under the review and disclose the outcome to historical and future users

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 9+ years of relevant experience with the above mentioned job duties
- Bachelor's degree
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
