Support Technician Level 2

CALLR is seeking a superstar level 2 support technician to support (pun intended!) its growth in France and on an international scale.

You'll be in charge of helping the technical teams of our clients with the integration and onboarding of our Telecom API (voice and SMS).

Playing a key role in our customer journey, you'll be responsible for advising our clients on how to use our services in the initial learning phase and then provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Integration support for our clients
- Writing examples of code
- Help improve our SDK, documentation and processes
- Incident management

Profil recherché

Key competences required:

- Passionate about development, you take the initiative, work proactively and enjoy teamwork
- Qualification Bac+2 Technician Supérieur Informatique
- Experience working in technical support
- Understanding of development (PHP or Python)
- A good level of English (international clients, partners and team)
