Position and missions:
Network Management of CACEIS is a small international team which is responsible for relationships with business partners, mainly international banks around the world who are offering securities sub-custody services. This task includes selection of the right partner and relationship after the selection. Currently we have relationships with more than 55 countries.
We negotiate agreements, fees, check the sub-custodians and market infrastructure on a regular basis in order to provide clients best service and fulfill any regulatory requirement.
Your main missions will be:
- Monitoring the markets and the sub-custodians. This includes deep analysis of securities market profiles and studies of questionnaires from the sub-custodians (banks) we collaborate with. These analysis focus on market information, local law and market regulations, quality of operational support from the sub-custodian, compliance, risk, and contractual aspects from and with the sub-custodian
- Controlling the quarterly securities holdings statistics in order to have a complete overview of CACEIS costs and changes in cost structure
- Controlling the reports received from sub-custodians if our instructions were sent correctly (STP transactions) also used for the quarterly securities holding statistics
- Support in the management of the economic relationships with the international custodians
- Support in implementation of related tools and databases for checking invoices and annual control of the sub-custodians.
Profile:
University or Business School diploma (Master's degree) with a specialization in Economics or Finance
A first experience in depository industry would be appreciated
