Department:
The IT Operations Management Department is in charge of the operational run of IT infrastructure and processes (Incidents, Change, Security, User rights, quality). We are also involved into application development projects as well as in projects related to IT Infrastructure. Also every related IT Provider is managed by us.
Missions:
Being responsible for IT Provider Management of various IT Provider:
- Collaboration with IT Projects of CBG and desired provider in particular with regards to IT Infrastructure requirements
- Enhancement of relationship between IT Provider and CBG
- Conducting regular provider meetings in collaboration with the technical experts at CBI10
- Performing regular controls and on-site audits of IT provider
- Regular reporting to management
Profile:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or Communications Engineering, or Business Administration, or Comparable Education
A first experience of managing a service provider would be appreciated
Hard Skills:
- Good knowledge of best practices for IT Services Management;
i.e. ITIL, related ISO / IEC Standards
- Basic knowledge of common IT architectures and their modes of operation in particular UNIX-based server systems, Microsoft technologies
Soft skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a minimum of supervision
- Fluent verbal and written English, a base knowledge of the German language is desirable
IT Skills:
General knowledge of OS (windows, Unix)
Knowledge of Business/ Banking IT infrastructure
Experience of software as a service contracts
Languages:
English : fluent, German : basic / intermediate ; French : basic / intermediate
