JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the administration and support related to building revenue generating opportunities for the BV commodities services
· Manage the bidding and contracting process of North America CTD customers
· Leverage knowledge of company organization and personnel to drive time-sensitive deadlines and sales support activities
· Interface with clients to continuously calibrate their expectations and resolve or escalate issues that do not meet client expectations
· Manage / support price negotiation, discounts, contracts, RFP’s between clients and CTD related parties
· Maintain data integrity and validity of customer contracts and customer-specific information
· Process / route orders and inquiries received via email or phone
· Provide support and logistical assistance for sales-related tradeshows and company events
· Check data accuracy in customer contracts and commercial documents; maintain templates and process control of documents for commercial use
· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Liaise with the direct sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of all objectives
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
· Develop and distribute bi-weekly reports related to contracts and sales efficiency / effectiveness in CRM
· Communicate important feedback from customers internally
· Ensure sales support targets are met and report any deviations
· Stay up-to-date with company organization and goals

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1-3 years of sales and/or contract administration experience including bid management, contract management, back office sales support; preferably in the Oil, Gas and/or Energy market
· Ability to self-start and achieve time-sensitive goals
· Ability to adjust actions in relation to other’s actions and to manage one’s own time and the time of others
· Strong communication, intrapersonal, organizational and time-management skills required
· Technical Proficiency in Microsoft suite software required
· Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities, meeting deadlines, be responsive and thrive in a team environment
· Willingness to learn and to rapidly adapt to changing internal/external conditions
· Ability to interface and effectively work with various groups and cultures involved (partners, government, agencies, contractors, operations, etc.), and gain alignment to achieve objectives
· Ability to lead by example and use influence internally to attain goals
· Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc., etc.) is preferred

An employee in this position typically works in an office environment with controlled climate.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and work with

computer systems for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 20

pounds. The vision requirements include: ability to adjust focus, distance vision and close vision.
