SUMMARY: Through guidance, serves as the primary data entry owner, thus supporting the goal of providing a service to our clients that is accurate, timely and cost effective.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Enter sample and testing information into database.

Run reports on data as directed by Management.

Other duties may include:

Logging and distribution of statements and/or deliveries.

Communicate any discrepancies regarding volume statements with Staff and Customers.

Coordinate and ensure filing systems are maintained and current.

Route incoming mail or correspondence.

Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence.

Composes and type routine correspondence, reports, invoices for operations.

Answers telephone and gives information to caller or routes calls to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.

Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.

Makes copies of correspondence or other printer matter.

Carries out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with total adherence to: the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures; Business Management System; Compliance and Ethics Policies; and exercises good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Data entry experience preferred.


Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employee of the organization. Strong communication experience is very necessary.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.


Ability to operate 10-key

Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Positive attitude and ability for working and communicating with persons of diverse cultural backgrounds and sensitivities.

Duties will involve a high level of concentration and attention to detail.


Valid and current drivers license required.
