Summary: Performs a variety of client maintenance/ management functions including client setup. Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile difficult accounts. May maintain a complete and systematic set of documents for the ensuring of accurate record keeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Sets up clients in applicable production systems promptly to include locations, contacts, and inspection types and intervals per the client contract.

· Manages and maintains the documents on the share point servers.

· Follows up with Special Project Manager, Inspectors, and Clients as needed to resolve any issues brought forth by Clients.

· Documents details of and the resolution of complaints and other customer feedback.

· Assists/ support Special Project Manager, Finance team, Marketing/Sales team and Operations teams as necessary in the support of our Client base.

Qualifications:

Educational/ Experience:

§ 2 to 5 years of heavy customer service experience in a high-volume office setting. Prior Building Department experience a plus.

§ Knowledge of or previous experience with code compliance or inspections.

§ Knowledge of or ability to quickly obtain specifications on various state and municipal Inspection Codes and ordinances/ standards

§ Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and often ambiguous environment

§ Ability to obtain and analyze data, and utilize to develop and implement processes to drive efficiency

§ Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal

§ Proven negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to make and drive quick, sound decisions

§ Strong planning and organizational skills

§ Strong math and analytical skills

Computer Skills:

Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, document and database software (MS Office, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat). Knowledge and use of ERP systems (Deltek, Oracle, etc.) and CRM systems desired.

An employee in this position typically works in an office environment

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and work with computer systems for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds. The vision requirements include: ability to adjust focus, distance vision and close vision.
