Compania British American Tobacco este in cautarea unui coleg pentru rolul de Collection and Credit Analyst .

Responsabilitati:

· Prestarea eficienta si la timp a serviciilor Order to Cash inclusiv: lansarea comenzilor, actualizarea limitei de credit, raportare.
· Implementarea proceselor Order to Cash la termenele convenite si in conformitate cu recomandarile de audit.
· Prezinta diverse rapoarte referitoare la conturile debitori, cum ar fi statistici privind conturile debitori, conturi debitori vechi si vanzari zilnice neefectuate.
· Se ocupa cu reconcilierea balantelor clientilor in vederea recuperarii creantelor ( contact direct cu clientul, analize conturi, investigare).

Cerinte:

· Diploma de studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul economic;
· Cunoasterea limbii engleze - mediu;
· Cunoasterea pachetului MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
· Capacitate de analiza si atentie la detalii.
