KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Handle day to day account payable process activity like performing invoice quality checks, coordinating invoices approval, invoice coding etc.
·  Maintain all approval matrix in the system (SAP), are as per approved DOA and make sure all DOA for RPC is updated
·  To make sure all invoices and payment process is as per BAT policy and control
·  Interact with vendors over calls or emails in receiving invoices, reconciliation issues, seeking clarification, follow-ups, handling queries and maintain excellence relationship
·  Act as the point of contact for supplier’s finance team and act promptly to resolve any dispute or queries
·  Liaise with GBS Finance team, keeping the good relationship with various GBS team (P2P, IT, Masterdata & GA team) and to provide support to all ad-hoc activity (vendor maintenance, access request)
·  Analysis of staff expenses and sent report of actual spending to all Head of Functions 
·  To support and acting as the SME all internal employee their T&E issue.
·  Support the internal team with raising their PO (internal and external PO) and ensure GR/IR process executed within 6 months. Also, to clear and follow up the open PO report.
·  To support any ad-hoc task and support Finance Manager and other HOF if needed
·  To support/back up on all finance task on his/her team member absent.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

·  Degree in Accountancy
·  Proactive, enthusiastic and willingness to learn and develop understanding on new system and process.
·  Ability in handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc report
·  Ability to interpret analytical data for purpose plan
·  Ability to solve to problem in various circumstance to ensure smoothness of finance activities.
·  SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
