BRED Bank Solomon (BBS) would be interested in a Assitant Branch Manager to assist the Branch Manager (CDI contract).

Expatriate position based on Salomon Islands.

help to manage the main branch operations in terms of branch performance, customer service, support operations including Tellers, Enquiries, New Accounts, Sales, Cards and support Staff. To ensure quality customer operations and firm internal controls so as to assure cost-effectiveness, service quality and efficiency whilst maintaining highest level of compliance and security.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least a tertiary Diploma qualification in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution.

KNOWLEDGE :
- Experience in the Lending and Banking environment
- Must have at least 5+ years in handling bank security documents – i.e. mortgages, insurance etc
- Some knowledge of the law and accounting skills is required
- Knowledge and experience in Lending, Mortgage, Insurance Securities within a Banking environment
