Originate, structure, and execute cross-border aviation finance transactions with focus on aircraft manufacturers, airlines, and lessors. Work on aviation debt deals including financial and operating leases. Conduct financial modeling and financial due diligence for aviation debt financing agreements. Negotiate and execute closings of aviation finance transactions. Define aviation finance budget and manage allocation of resources. Optimize Bank’s balance sheet with specific focus on Pre-delivery payment financing and commercial loans. Manage financial risk positions of existing aviation clients. Supervise risk analysis of new aviation finance transactions. Contribute towards development of commercial franchise in North America and Latin America. Represent Bank in various aviation industry events.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business and five years of post-Bachelor’s progressive experience in position offered or as Vice President, Aviation Finance. All required experience must have included originating, structuring, and executing cross-border aviation finance transactions with focus on aircraft manufacturers, airlines, and lessors; conducting financial modeling and financial due diligence for aviation debt financing agreements; and supervising financial risk analysis of new aviation finance transactions. Salary: $246,600/year. 9AM-6PM, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
