Role synopsis

Key Account manager is responsible for the sales and relationship management with a group of key account customers. The role is accountable for driving growth with key customers measured through Sales Volume and Gross Margin.

Key accountabilities

• Keep strong HSSE bias and fully align with company Code of Conduct regulation.
• Build relationships and networking with the assigned customers and ‘own' the customers at all touch points.
• Focus on Value addition to the customer through the principles of Strategic Account Management and Value Selling
• Achieve sales targets with assigned customers and actively seek to increase the share of wallet with the customers in this segment
• Closely monitor competitor activity and devise appropriate strategy to block competitor entry.
• Develop and own the Account plans in line with Industrial China business strategy
• Complete other sales related activities like monthly sales forecasting, product trial run, marketing promotions etc. toward company requirement.
• Liaise regularly with support team, e.g. Technical Service, sales operation, Technology etc. to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Carry out all required documentation punctually and to the required standard.

• More than 2 years B2B sales management experience
• Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization is essential for success in this role
