Overall Purpose:

In the first rotation of this program, She/He is responsible for;

Accountable for supporting -delivery of the digital marketing agenda across Turkey-Central Asia& Ukraine, -defining and ensuring delivery of the digital strategy and identifying future technology requirements. This is part of the overall strategy to embed the web and other digital marketing capabilities as a fundamental part of the way we operate and go to market.
In addition to overall digital agenda, the incumbent will also work on content development and community Management for “Consumer Truckers and Industrial (Machine & Manufacturing) Audience.

Key accountabilities

• Support to develop and implement digital strategy via spaces and overall for Castrol master brand. Accountable for CMS (Content Management System), Google analytic, Google Adwords, SEO, Social Media Account Management, Digital media planning/purchasing and performance tracking.
• Support to provide digital input into each space marketing communication and customer relationship management plan, providing market trend information.
• Support to develop a web communications plan including site design, brand assurance, visitor acquisition and loyalty programmes. Support to develop tactical plans with market-spaces. Also, feed in opportunities (and including expectations from BP group marketing team) into country marketing plans.
Essential Education

• University degree required in Business Administration, Management & Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Max. 2 years experienced of digital marketing with brand management focus
• Good level of English and Turkish
• Learns quickly, is curious and open to new experience
• Ability to communicate complex information across all levels within different areas of the business

We have a diverse workforce based in 36 countries and a brand presence through national distributors in others. Our head office is in Swindon, UK about 70 miles (115km) west of London. Our premium brand is Castrol and we also market BP and Aral brands. Our customers range from strategic partnerships with major motor manufacturers, transnational accounts, car and truck fleets and franchised workshops to retailers, petrol service stations and independent workshops. We service our customers both directly and through channel partners and distributors.
