Description of assignment

· 
To meet and greet all visitors in a professional, courteous and welcoming manner

· 
To answer the telephone promptly and deal with all first line enquiries whilst maintaining logs of messages and the arrival of visitors

· 
To provide support/cover to Helpdesk by logging jobs, service requests and hazards on Maximo

· 
To provide general administrative support such as minute taking, report writing and data entry

· 
Working hours for these roles are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working either;

- 08.30 to 17.30
- Alternate weeks of 08.00 to 17.00 and 09.00 to 18.00

Profile

·  Has Reception experience
·  Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
·  Will have first class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at many different levels
·  Must have good computer skills, proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook etc
·  Experience in using an FM system (Maximo etc.) is desirable
·  You will be flexible, reliable and motivated
