Bouygues Energies & Services FM currently has an exciting opportunity for a building services Project Manager to join our Projects team in West London (Park Royal).
Some of the key responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
Delivering FM project solutions to budget, time and quality requirements 
Taking profit and loss responsibility for allocated projects; owning each project and delivery with a high degree of attention to design, construction and financial detail
Appointing, managing, monitoring and co-ordinating consultants and the on-site activities of all sub-contractors with regard to programme
Ensuring that appropriate planning consents, CDM requirements, Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments and Permits to Work are in place prior to work commencing
Devising project plan and programme and co-ordinate all on-site activities
In conjunction with Procurement Department colleagues, preparing documentation for schedules of rates, quotations, tenders and term contracts
Writing specifications and compile contract documentation
Delivering projects based on a variety of contract forms
Ensuring staff and contractors maintain the highest standards of health and safety, professionalism and customer service at all times
 


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
Experience of managing projects ideally within building services
Experience of traditional contracting and design and build; design capability within specialism
Must be qualified in a construction or building services related discipline at a higher technician or professional level.  Ideally, you will hold a project management qualification
Working knowledge of CDM regulations
Previous experience of healthcare building services projects is highly desirable
Able to demonstrate strong commitment to  Health and Safety
Well organised with strong administrative skills
Customer focused with excellent communication skills
Dynamic and flexible with a can-do approach
