Description of assignment

·  To complete reactive/PPM tasks and ensure work is completes in line with the performance monitoring system.
·  To deliver electrical planned and reactive maintenance and scheduled installation works
·  To order materials and services as required and update records
·  To oversee specialist sub-contractors as and when required
·  To cover for other technicians as necessary in various buildings
·  Hours are 42 hours a week in a shift roster (4 on 4 off)

Profile

·  Must have experience of building services/working in a maintenance environment
·  A trade apprenticeship and/or relevant current qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ level II or equivalent in a relevant Electrical discipline
·  Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team with a proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
·  Must have good Health & Safety awareness
