Poste et missions:
- Accounting & controlling
o Supporting the Board Members in decision making process regarding financial issues
o Supervision, coordination and cooperation with external accounting office (prior to ERP Implementation)
o Prepare implementation of ERP finance module and set appropriate organisation to undertake this module
o Supervising the statutory deadlines of financial reports, audits and completing the Company’s corporate documentation
o Analyses and preparation of financial reports
o Financial analysis of projects
o Respond to BES inquiries in financial matters
o Shareholders’ meetings, the Supervisory Board, registration of reports
- Cash
o Optimization on EUR operations
o Company liquidity management (debt collection activities in conjunction with external legal services, preparation of cash flow for projects and current cash flow analysis)
- Others
o Supervision of compliance of Rules of Engagement, monitoring the validity of authorizations
oCo-creation and supervision over the implementation of financial policy and Company’s procedures
o Ensuring the correctness of transfer pricing documentation
o Keeping up-to-date insurances validity : Board, OC, RC and claryfying these issues with clients
Profil:
- Education : Masters’s degree of finance or legal
- Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and financial and management accounting
- Knowledge of the Polish accounting Act, IAS (International Accounting Standards) and tax law
- Ability to prepare economic and financial analysis and finding the reasons of discrepancy between budget implementation and the plans
- Experience in International ERP implementation
- Very good knowledge of Excell
- Very good work organization skills
- Very good knowledge of English, French would be an additiona advantage
- Professional experience in the company of industrial profile will be an advantage
- Driving licence cat. B
