工作职责Responsibility：

1.接待顾客的咨询，了解顾客的需求，提供良好的顾客服务，妥善处理客户纠纷/客户投诉；

2.熟悉品类/质地/颜色/尺寸及清洗等商品基本知识和公司提供的服务: 剪裁衣服/退换货/保留货品/店铺之间转货等；

3.随时整理商品陈列及补货调整，保证店面环境舒适、整洁；

4.熟悉店铺开店和闭店的工作流程，根据店铺的营运制度保证店铺的正常营运和销售；

5.熟悉试衣间的流程，注重客户服务并在试衣间持续的销售；

6.熟悉来货的流程和仓库的安排及管理；

7.了解店铺陈列的主题和流行趋势；

8.完成上级领导交办的其他任务；

职位要求Requirements：

1.高中 (中专、职校) 及以上相关学历；

2.具有较强的沟通能力和服务意识；

3.能吃苦耐劳，愿意承担压力；

4.普通话标准，会基础英文尤佳；

5.有相关工作经验者优先录用；
