The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of the following services: Export Finance, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, Media & Telecom, Corporate Acquisition Finance, Corporate Coverage, Commercial Banking, Trade Finance & Structured Finance Belgium.

Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system “Loan IQ” by BNPP Fortis teams located in Brussels and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit.

BNPP Fortis remains the ultimate responsible for the entries in BNPP Fortis 'books'. This entails cooperation with BNPP Fortis teams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the accounting controls and corrections of the transactions booked by Loan Administrators

Accounting Controls and booking of accounting regularisations as the case may be

·
Identification of breaks generated on Internal accounts ( EUR and currency)

·
Daily controls of the internal accounts and of analyse of the outstanding amounts

·
Controls of the unpaid credits

·
Monthly reportings (stock, outstanding, new deals, unpaid…)

·
Analyse & reportings of fees

·
Input of the payments instructions in ATLENTIC BE

·
Accounting certification

·
Link with the Finance Department

·
Relationship with middle-office in charge deals

·
Relationship with Back office teams in Lisbon / Paris / Brussels

·
Contact with Accounting control department in Belgium
