Static Data & Reconciliation Officer

Your mission:

In this role the Static Data & Reconciliation Officer is responsible for an operational monitoring of the ongoing cash and securities reconciliation performed on a daily basis. Further to this she/he is in charge of the operability and maintenance of the static data in the bank's ac-counting core system (MIDAS) and set-up of cash forecasts in GEODE. She/He is also responsible for the accurate maintenance, filing and follow-up of physical securities in the bank's vault. Furthermore, she/he acts as primary back-up for all Business Revenue related tasks. Working with various departments you will actively contribute to enhancing our operational model along with implementation of change management whenever required.

The key duties and responsibilities include:

Cash Reconciliation

- Follow-ups and second level control of various suspense, pivot, nostri and custody/security

accounts

- Daily reconciliation and creation of outstanding items list

- Coordinate the distributions of the daily reporting of pending amounts to responsible teams

- Collect information from the responsible teams and update the reconciliation accordingly

- Monthly reporting of pending amount to Branch Manager, Head of Operations, Head of

Finance, Head of ORC and Head of Transactions Services

Securities Reconciliation

- Perform the daily securities reconciliation of all Swiss depositories for local custody activity

- Vault Reconciliation on semi - annual basis

Static Data

- Manage master data

- Input client and account opening, closing and amendments

- Maintain Nostro accounts

- Take the lead of any system development (testing) affecting the team's area

Various

- Procedures management

- Investigation when necessary with internal department

· High degree of independence and self-motivation, strong client orientation

· Result-oriented personality combined with strong team working skills

· Good written and oral communication skills, fluency in English, German and French

· Strong IT skills in MS Office, possibly MIDAS

· Use of Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel, Outlook

· Knowledge of VBA
