Dans ce dispositif, BNP Paribas Securities Services - Succursale de Luxembourg joue un rôle majeur en offrant à ses clients des services à forte valeur ajoutée tels que conservation de titres, prêt de titres, administration de fonds, mesure et attribution de performance, services financiers dans le cadre d'emprunts obligataires

Pour soutenir le développement de ses activités , BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg recherche un :

Safekeeping & Depositary Oversight Officer – Private Equity & Real Estate (H/F)

Missions:

• Safekeeping and ownership verification of the Private Capital Assets;

• Pre-Investments checks before cash payments by dedicated team;

• Look-through of AIF's portfolio until final investment;

• Analysing alternative structures (real estate, private equity, etc …);

• Being the point of contact for operational questions from Clients;

• Oversight of record keeping reports prepared by dedicated team;

• Preparation of bank confirmations for audit purposes;

• Participate in team development and ad-hoc projects;

• Participate to the maintenance and improvement of the procedures;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your profile:

Experience / Technical skills:


University degree in Finance, Legal or Business Administration

In depth knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate sector

In depth knowledge of depositary duties and responsibilities

Soft skills:

Excellent communication skills with Clients and internal stakeholders

Keen attention to details

Team spirit

Ability to work under pressure

Language skills:

Fluency in English and French. German is a plus.
