Performance Manager

Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Performance manager to lead business performance monitoring and highlight to management team in order to make business decisions timely.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Business Performance Monitoring

·  Design & manage pragmatic Dashboard to monitor Busines Performance triangulating ongoing Performance with Internal targets (budget cycle), and market competitive measures (IQVIA sales data).
·  Translate & deliver regular Executive Reports (to Management) including both quantitative and qualitative analysis to anticipate & explain performance trends for key Franchises & Brands , in close collaboration with Business Unit partners.
·  Drive Governance across Business Units and with key business partners & processes (eg. S&OP) to efficiently manage & drive performance from B&OS Management standpoint.

Strategic Planning & Impact Analysis

·  Monitor business & competitive environment (in collaboration with Market research & customer insight and key business partners (eg. Business Units, Market Access) to identify & quantify impact of risks & opportunity factors.
·  Support key country-level strategic exercises (eg. 3YFF & LRP) from strategic planning & analytical standpoint .
·  Support preparation of Budget Reviews and other country-level management presentations & reports.
·  Other ad-hoc business analysis on need basis.

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Education /Expereince :

·  University / College graduated with pharmacy or business related degree.
·  At least 3 years of working experience in business analytics
·  Multinational Pharmaceutial company experience is preferred
