The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.


For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:

Lean Project Manager

Responsibilities:
· Manages projects and initiatives aimed at improvement of operational efficiency and team performance in Warsaw BNP Paribas Securities Services
· Leads Lean projects in line with ACE (Action for Continuous Enhancement which is BNP Paribas group's name of the Lean Six Sigma program) methods and objectives (client & employee satisfaction, cost reduction, productivity, waste elimination)
· Supports and coaches employees during implementation of continuous improvement culture in their teams including facilitation of Lean projects delivery
· Spreads Lean culture by: coaching, trainings, awareness sessions, communication campaigns and events
· Provides reporting on projects and shares projects related information (project documentation, updates, business case and benefits calculation)
· As a part of Global ACE community contributes to the program deployment in line with Global ACE strategy

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:
·  University degree (Finance, Economics, Project Management) or equivalent professional experience
·  Fluency in English as working language
·  At least 3-5 years of experience in the business including at least 2 years of experience in delivery Lean Six Sigma projects or performance management initiatives
·  Practical knowledge of Lean tools and methods and project management experience
·  Lean Six-sigma certification will be an asset
·  Experience in setting up performance management framework, including: capacity modelling, standardization of KPI's will be and asset
·  Knowledge of data driven management tools and techniques will be an asset
·  Analytical and logical thinker, rigorous and personally organized
·  Enthusiastic and excellent team spirit
·  Ability to draw the line between important and secondary matters and switch between macroscopic and detailed issues permanently – pragmatic
·  Self-motivation, fast-learner, execution oriented
·  Client focused approach and ability to solve complex problems
·  Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
·  Stress resistance and ability to handle several tasks according to the deadlines
