Job description

Within CIB Change Management, Global Services Consulting (GSC) has a clear mission statement consisting in formalizing the CIB smart-sourcing strategy, deploying a secured smart-sourcing framework and providing project consultancy services. GSC’s role is to help Businesses and Sponsors on nearshoring project management and related coordination based on the expertise and the methodology developed. GSC is present in Paris, London, New York and Lisbon to guaranty proximity.

Within GSC, the Core Services team is support transversal team working in close cooperation with project managers and notably covering the following topics: tools, Risk Assessment coordination, Bcase, platforms coordination, reporting, methodology and training.

Junior PMO aims at:

· Providing functional support and monitoring on GSC Applications
· Collecting data and performing regular reporting on the GSC activity
· Supporting the GSC Paris team on administrative, training and organizational tasks

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Functional support and monitoring of internal tools
· Provide the applications’ users with clear understanding, guidelines and explanations when needed
· Design and delivers training modules on the tools
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the tools
· Review the access rights
· Collection of Data and reporting
· Provide the GSC Paris team with financial reporting/extracts
· Collect preparatory data for GSC Paris team when formalizing presentations for the CIB Management
· Perform researches and studies to contribute to the GSC Paris team strategic and methodological watch
· Administrative, training and organizational support
· Assist the GSC Paris team during the meetings or committees by formalizing the PPT presentations, writing minutes, among others
· Work on the GSC documentation (templates, user guides, training materials
· Support the GSC Paris team for organization of events (logistics, administrative tasks
· Provide basic training sessions about the GSC methodology to GSC new comers and external project managers

PROFILE

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar activity (project management, consulting, among others
· Fluency in English is mandatory, and French would be highly appreciated
· Good communication skills – oral & written
