The IT Risk Management Department manages the IT and operational risks within the BNP Paribas Fortis IT organization.

Your future job

· You identify/assess Risk Maturity in 9 main IT Risk categories: IT Sourcing and procurement; Cybersecurity (in collaboration with CyberSecurity department), IT Compliance, IT Governance, IT Obsolescense, IT Continuity, IT HR, IT Legal, IT Execution Process;
· You identify/assess painpoints & improvement opportunities (heatmap);
· You define remediation management identified actions and push/follow-up delivery through the backlogs of the agile teams;
· You manage all 9 IT Risk areas pro-actively and continuously improve to meet market best practices;

· You organize and facilitate R&CSA (Risk & Control Self Assessments).

Highlight your strengths

· You have several years of experience in a similar function in the financial industry, preferably in agile operating models;

· You are fluent in English and have knowledge of Dutch and/or French;

· Executive Reporting skills are required – You must be able to summarize and communicate technical data to non-technical audiences;

· You are able to deliver results in time and you are driven to achieve your goals;

· You have strong stakeholder management skills;

· You have great analytical and organization skills;

· You possess strong communication skills;

· Experience in policy writing is a plus;

· Having one or more of the following certifications is considered as a plus: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP/E, ISO2700x Lead Auditor, CSM.
