Global Markets - Digital Marketing Assistant

Job description

The Digital Marketing team for BNP Paribas Global Markets, part of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) activities, serves the Digital needs for Marketing teams of over 40 professionals, working across 6 international platforms in Europe, Asia and the US.
The Digital Marketing team is in charge of feeding our digital marketing channels (websites & mobile applications) with appropriate content created by sales and marketing teams. We support them to administrate and develop innovative digital tools in order to provide the most leading-edge services to our clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Solutions representatives within a local Digital Marketing team, the Digital Assistant is responsible for maintenance and modification of websites & mobile applications' content and design through CMS & backend tools.
This involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on several external/internal, internet/intranet platforms (incl. CMS, Mass mailing tool, Customer Relationship Management…).

Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
· Frequent liaising with the business and IT teams to ensure correct translation of needs
· Maintenance of websites & mobile applications, bug report / problem identification and solving
· Reports on traffic (Google Analytics) and emailing campaigns
· Update of websites' content
· The role can lead to more responsibilities within the developing Digital Marketing team in the future, depending on performance and appetite

Who we are looking for:

· Degree or similar in IT / Web Technologies / Web Marketing and strong appetite for Digital technologies
· Comfortable with websites and apps infrasctrutures
· Good communication skills
· Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
· Flexibility and attention to details
· Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
· Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet deadlines
· Willing to learn
· Needs to be available to start the work day at 7:30
